FOR THE  CHRISTMAS OF 2011 CHILLI DINNER  AND TREE LIGHTING ON 27 NOVEMBER from 4:30 til 7:30, there will be on display at the Newtonville Community Hall, two Quilts from the 1940's initiating the Tree Lighting ceremony in Newtonville with the names of Newtonville residents and maybe from the Milligan family. These quilts are mainly White with Red markings reminding of Christmas.



MEMORIES OF NEWTONVILLE BOOK -
We will have printed 300 copies altogether of the Memories of Newtonville Book and have almost depleted our inventory.  Please go to Stapleton Auctions to purchase your copy for only $10.00 each.

QUARTERLEY NEWSLETTER - The quarterley newsletter is ready!  Unfortunately we will not be able to have a printable version of the newsletter available.  The Historical Committee has decided that we will need to use our newsletter as a fundraiser and charge $1.00 each to keep things running smoothly.  The newsletter is full of never seen before photos, events for the season, a tribute to Lena Clysdale and an interview with the Elliott brothers.   Pick up your copy at Stapleton B/A Variety or Johnathan's Country Patch.

HISTORICAL CALENDAR - This one of a kind Newtonville Historical Calendar will be a collection of photos rarely seen by the community.  They will be available to purchase at Stapleton Auctions for $10.00 each.  You can also purchase your very own set of "Historical Greeting Cards"  (a six pack of blank cards) suitable for any occassion @ only $5.00 a set.
